Deutschland rally 2016

A couple of bits from tonight's TV coverage - did anyone see how low that heli was getting!!! About as low as I've ever seen in the WRC. Also - is it me or is the WRC2 coverage getting even shorter!?

just saw the Day 2 highlights on WRC+, why is John Desbrough still there? and is it just me or the coverage of each rally this year is even worse than last year? (and obviously the year(s) that's gone before). and why are they showing me just hairpins? what happened to the jumps (also the jump in panzerplatte where there's a big redbull banner- http://sport-heute.ch/up/5/3255_5.jpg ,this jump)

if you saw any hit with a tree tell me where to stop the video to watch it.
Car hits 5-6 hintelsteins at very high speed,and thats enough to through out the engineand all the front crossmember.If this major damage was from a tree the engine hood wouldnt be at its place.

Believe me if it "hits" only 1 is enough for total damage. It just skimmed off them.

Wow, that was a huge impact. Good to hear they’re ok, despite the injuries. Hope they get a good recovery and be back as soon as possible.

You don't see the tree because the camera cuts out at the point of the massive impact. The hinkelsteins aren't what rips the engine from the front of the car. It seems pretty clear cut - I don't really see the confusion?
