Car is not destroyed so probably yes.

Maybe someone know is there any possibility to get to the Sagen stage from somewhere else except the official spectator place in finish?

Last year I tried to drive in somewhere around middle of the stage, but it failed as the access road was not cleaned and was not driveable.
