I think it is part economical issues and part nationalistic; swedes in common are not that very patriotic. There have been discussions reharding players reluctance when it comes to playing in tre Kronor. Spoiled brats and other comments have been throwed around...

Ahaa, I was just thinking if they have some problem with the coach or something, there is so many Swedes this year that refuse, it almost looks like it could be somekind of protest.

An interesting question which I'd also like to know.

I dont think they actually was trying to get him "little Kiprusoff" too hard, he got quite hard critic when he refused last time.

Very entertaining game USA vs. Canada last night. Amazing player that Dustin Brown :eek: I wasn't aware of him before yesterday at all.
