He didn't start at the correct time (at 00 in a minute), usually some seconds earlier/later. Only people from timekeeping and people from Hyundai can tell. Anyway I have serious doubts about this car, nothing had to comply with any homologation, so they can use the car they want, in terms of pop-off, restrictor etc they can actually do whatever they want. They say it's an R5, but who will tell? Maybe the 208 T16 Meeke used in Ypres some years ago is faster than the homologated version now... ;) Anyway in terms of chassis/suspension it looks like a very stable car, good base.

Well if it was the WRC where they don't plan to sell their car, I would believe it but in customer segments I would be less inclined to belive it.
