Seems Duval from the style (nice hairpins !) ... also I think I've seen the belgium flag colors in the driver helmet

Yes kinda slow, but maybe he didn't want to push too much to avoid a crash or problems to the material ...

Or maybe drivers have been told to go slow when there's a camera about...........Don't want to scare Citroen, Ford and Subaru..........<grin>
