FIFA World Cup 2014 !

2300 is far too late??
the earliest kickoff is 2130 here with the last one on saturday at 0630 !!
Last night I slept (ior tried) to sleep after the first game at around 2330 and then woke up at 0325 for Argentina game....til 0520 or so and then slept again till 7am :ninja:

But yes, I am getting old for this too.

I'm intending to sleep through as many England matches as possible, even the ones that start at 5pm, especially those ones :D

I guess you're happy with Italys results so far? Can they win the entire thing once again?

You never know with Italy, as we always compete with a very strong squad. But if I have to be honest I believe it will be Germany to win this time. They will beat Spain in the final, while Brazil will beat Italy for the bronze. Finally, beating England always gives me a great joy... :p:

It is too late with a little one who gets up any time from 4.45am to 6am and wishes to have your full attention whether you've had a good night sleep or not. To top it off she has a chest infection and I think I've slept 8 hours in total since last Thursday! Its put a serious damper on my World Cup so far but I'm sure those of you further around the planet have it worse with games in the middle of the night. This is the first World Cup I can remember where I've missed so much 5 days in I think. Four years ago I'd have watched at least 4 games in the pub by now lol. The joys of parenthood, but as Pino says other things take priority sometimes :)

I would like to see anyone but Brazil win; I think because they are the favourites so having them win would be boring.

Not on the sleeping part mind, she's been sleeping well!
