Also, the last half of the stage is run towards generally eastern direction so rising sun may also add to dust's effect.Quote:

You know there are dozens of drivers who are able to reliably drive for 8-10th place. Unless You want to pay for Your driving You have to show more if You want to get to works team. The circumstances are sure bad and we could see that when Juho Hänninen in very similar situation had also problems to catch the speed without proper testing but still he was much faster (although with mistakes). I think that in these one offs nobody really care about reliability but about speed. It is off course different if there is some long-term program already set. Than it would make sense to catch experience step by step. But if it's just one drive than finishing 9th means less than few top 5 times without finish. It's just my opinion...Quote:

Hopefully Paddon has a good chance to push this afternoon once he has had time to process and adjust things to suit him more, but hard thing to get into a car you have never driven on gravel and do well. Would really like to see a top 6 time for him though.
