Normal drivers get excluded for simple things, because rules are rules. But Seb 1 and Seb 2 can bend and break every rule and getaway with it??
Well, as far as I understood he drove first to the service, found that he was there too early, turned back and went to regroup. So, if he didn't checked in the service park and he was not late to regroup then everything should be correct according to the rules. So, practically he drove all the route and some extra. However, on the itinerary there is no distance between regroup and service and there is only 1.2 km between stage end and regroup, so it sounds a bit strange. But I dont have a roadbook for more detailed route and therefore I cannot tell more.
