Well, Taz got the answer I was looking for, but both Anfield and AndyL also found answers, so I'd say one of the three can have a go.
I'm having trouble finding one, and I'm not sure I have the answer correct, but here is something to work on.
What countries have territory in the Sahel?
Algeria, Nigeria, Sudan, Chad, Burkina Faso, Guinea, Mali.......
plus South Sudan, Mauritania, Guinea-Bissau and Niger?

Ethiopia?
Not Ethiopia, but you are very close!
Eritreea?
Yes that is it! One little one left!
Equatorial Guinea?
Too far south!
Here is a hint:
