I've got a question: Is there anything motorsport-related going on in the area of Annecy in July? I'll be there around that time and was wondering about it, you never know. :)
Thanks in advance.

Annecy in July it is more the Tour de France than motorsport ... but I'll look :)
So in Rhône Alpes for rallies you have :
Rallye de Saint Marcellin, 5 and 6 july. it's around 1h30 from Annecy, in Saint Marcellin
Rallye de Saint-Marcellin (38)
Rallye de la Drôme, 20 and 21 juillet. it's around 2h from Annecy, in Saint Jean en Royans.
Rallye de la Drôme (26)
The 5 july you have too another event, but 2h30 for Annecy (Côte Roannaise, close to Lyon)
In Hillclimb, you have the 5 juillet the race in Vuillafans. It's 2h30 from Annecy, but that's French Championship (and one of the most famous event)
Course de Côte de Vuillafans-Echevannes (25)
You have a slalom in the same department !
That's in Ville-la-Grand (in suburbs of Genève, close to Annemasse) : Slalom de Ville-la-Grand (74)
it looks like it's not a so bad slalom (I mean, it's not a race btw tyres in a parking !)
After for the rest :
Trial 4x4 Montriond (1h30 from Annecy). 21/07
I've no idea of what it is ...
and I think that's all :)
Yes, on the day I leave Annecy, the Tour the France is coming there. :p
Thanks a lot! Really appriciated!
If you need help to have more information, don't hesitate to send me pm ;)

Basically all major Dutch national drivers are supporting him, which is good to see. :)
Ala'a Rasheed is Jordanian, he drives in MERC and WRC for Motortune racing a Lebanese teamQuote:

Abbring 4th overall on SS2, beating everyone else in the 208 Cup by more than 20 seconds. :D

abbring is stunning!

yes, read that with ss5 on facebook.
Would have been a top 3 time overall otherwise on SS5.
" Time on SS5 is 'corrected' but this is the story: was leading by 38 sec (after SS4) and extended the lead by 10 sec (on SS6) , that's 48 sec in total. After correction I'm leading by only 22 sec now in stead of at least 48 sec. Keeps it exciting!"
Entrylist Rallye du Rouergues ;)

Finally no Didier Auriol :mark:
Information about Aguzzi's 207 s20000 at rallye du Prunelli??
Roger feghali second in R2 only 6s behind Cedric Robert, in his first ss in the 208.
Ss2 canceled due to an accident and car on fire, hope the crew is ok.
Rallye du Rouergue 2013 - Show de Germain Bonnefis (Megane RS N4) [HD] - YouTube a Mégane Gr.N can be spectacular... :p
JF Mourgues was testing PH Sport's DS3 WRC (JM da Cunha last weekend car) with Giraudet. What rally he will do?
Cévennes, home event :)
@vino_93: I'm visiting Terre de l'Auxerrois next week. French gravel championship, including 208 cup, DS3 cup, adam cup, ... :) But on forums it's quite strange, nothing is found about it? I know forum-rallye.com and forum-auto.com (sport section), are there any more popular French rally-forums where I could find some info? :)
A very poor site they have, no info at all... No entrylist.
But we (=mousti and I) are going anyway! :) First "Terre de France" for us!
Tuesday evening entries were getting closed, but no list yet.. Besides Belgian(s) and Dutch crew(s) there should be also entries from Germany, Spain, Italy, Switzerland and the UK..
That's all the problem with gravel. As FFSA don't care about it, organizers don't have money ...Quote:

But you couldn't find maps, because they are secrets, in order to prevent illegal recce. You have to go to the centre of the rally.
For entry list ... we have to wait :(
But first part of it was published (A to M).

R4 : Bruyneel (Impreza)
R3 : Colney (DS3), Daumas (DS3), Demaerschalk (DS3), Dubert (DS3), Giordano (DS3), Maurage (DS3), Meo (DS3), ...

A8 : Deveza (Impreza GT), Fouques (Impreza 555), Gillouin (Impreza GT)
etc ...
Quite comon for the moment.
I hope you will enjoy. I'd like to go there, but it'll not be for this year, again ... :(
Thanks! Pitty Chicherit isn't there, I thought he wanted to go for a full championship. Nice to see some relatively recent WRC cars in French gravel rallying... :) Pitty FFSA doesn't invest more into the gravel championship, it has a big potential in my opinion.
Chicherit lost 2 sponsors just before Langres and didn't start already there and I don't think we will see him back there.. Also no Charles Martin I think..
Also leader in the CRT, Robert will start there, also Mordacq in a Sauvan Evo X. I've got a list of entries but not full because it ends after 'Ma...'. Hopefully seeded list will come out soon.
Seeded list for Auxerre:

No Robert!?
