Well, From Estonian news I red that he spun and got stuck with the back end of the car. He got going again. But on the same stage Mika Hirvikangas went off and drag down some power-lines. The officials decided to cancel the stage and divert the drivers still on the stage to alternative route, including Tänak. The story about time-penalty was the same.
But the difference was with the end of first day. He finished the day but there were some technical problems with the car and they decided not to start for day 2. However, they didn't say what was the exact problem.
