A consistent drive, learning a new car. Should see some speed day 2 and 3 I wreckon. I think there is so much development still to come on the Mini that none of the Mini drivers are showing their full potential.

If they get van Merksteijn Sr. time, they are going to be very penalized

If you look at their own fight, none of them will be penalized. If you talk overall timing, they will. But that won't have any practical effect.

As it appears that Hanninen and Tanak were running ahead of the slower WRC cars the only fair thing to do is cancel all the stage times.
