They will still need to brake as late as possible, and with the S2000 you have to keep the car "on the boil" throughout the corner because you are screwed if it drops out of the narrow power band, so isn't the opposite true?

Besides, rallying is more than about just long fast straights...

Offcourse but thats not the issue, the issue is that when the car is on the restrictor in relatively low speed in some events, this will make it easy to approach the corners, very few missjudgements or too late brakings, those is what make the difference, everyone can drive a straight.

It isn't the topic of the swedish rally?

Yeah, but the difference between men and boys is when you brake or if you break at all in the corners on stages in Sweden. :D

I will look stupid to you, but please tell me what is difference in homologation for Spanish super Gr.N(~400 Hp) cars and regular Gr.N (~300 Hp)cars?
How they can have 100 Hp more? Bigger restrictor only or else?

Yes, they have 36 mm restrictor (2 mm bigger than WRC) and some other changes like less weight. These cars were driven for example by García-Ojeda or Pons in Asturias.
