I thought it was later WRC1... :s
At the coming weekend there is also the third round of the Danish Rally Championship, in the area around Kalundborg. Peugeot Danmark announced, that Brian Madsen will be at the start with the newest engine spec in the 207 Super 2000. So lets see what he is able to do ;)
Thanks for the info Pucky :)
Today starts 6. Mobitel rally Maribor, 4th round of slovenian rally championship and 2nd round of croatian rally championship. Rally also counts for Mitropa Cup.

Brian Madsen won the 3rd danish round for Peugeot. It's the first win for Peugeot since Jřrgen Pilgaard with 306 Maxi years ago I think. Great one by him. Followed by M. Pedersen (Evo 9) and the four Subarus of J. Pilgaard, M Christensen, C. Jensen, K.-A. Jensen. Fastest FWD cars are T. Svanholt (Golf 4 Kit Car) 7th overall, M. Johansen (Swift Super 1600) 8th overall, B. Wulff (106 Maxi) 10th overall and my mate M. Knudsen (Honda Civic R3) 11th overall.

hi,
here my pics from hungary:
test on thursday:

the race:
http://www.rallyepics.at/bilder/rall...lye/index.html
it was again a great event with a big fight for the win, unfortunatly frici turan in the whale had a puncture after 3km of stage 4 and lost almost 3 minutes, in my opinion he was the man of the race on sunday when he climb up the leaderboard from 9th to 4th just 12 seconds behind last podium position!!
but spici in mitsi wrc was an absolut deserved winner, it seems he is the man to beat on gravel in hungary!!!
3 races are left (2 tarmac, 1 gravel) and turan is leading the championship with 74 pts 2nd is spici with 70pts and 3rd benik with 65pts, still everything is possible, next round is ozd rallye at last weekend of august!

Another great rally to follow this week-end :bounce:
The Rallye International des Côteaux champenois(running in eastern France)with an important number of foreign drivers(it's not "international" for nothing :p : ), especially belgian drivers(among them Hubert Deferm with his Subaru Impreza WRC)...
http://www.ribcc.com
Favourites for the win are Christophe Vaison and Jean-Paul Grohens, both driving 206 WRC... ;)
Another rally taking place this weekend is the Exotic Green Rally in the Netherlands. A lot off WRC cars at the start with probably Wevers as a favourite, as Van Eldik won't be there, because he is planning all his efforts on the Eifel-rally in Germany next weekend. ;)
After SS2 Rallye champenois Vaison is leading in front of Deferm and Thuel-Chassaigne... :D
After SS4 Rally Ticino Virag is taking the lead alone in front of Hotz, Gonon and Botta... ;)
After SS6 Rally San Martino(TRA) Longhi is leading in front olf Silva, Porro and Ré... ;)
After SS5 at Ticino Hotz back in the lead with a comfortable margin(mistake on stage from Virag ??)
Incredible an S2000 resisting to a WRC for the victory :D
End of Rally San Martino di Castrozza(italian tarmac championship)with victory of Piero Longhi(Impreza WRC)in front of Marco Silva(whale)and Paolo Porro(Focus WRC) ;)
End of rally del Ticino with victory for Grégoire Hotz(207 S2000)in front of Nicola Botta(206 WRC)and Florian Gonon(Impreza GrN) ;)
In Exotic Green Rally in Netherland, they have completed 12 stage's of wich one was cancelled. Erik Wevers made eleven fastest times on eleven stages so he is well in the lead:
1. Wevers (Ford Focus WRC06)
2. Boers ( Subaru Impreza WRC) at 2'17"
3. Van den Heuvel (Mitsubishi Evo 9 Gr.N) at 2'17
4. Van Woensel (Nissan GT350Z) at 2'57"
5. Coffey (Subaru Impreza WRC) at 2'58"
6. Leemans (Mitsubishi Evo 6 Gr.A) at 3'07"
In Exotic Green Rally, Wevers leading at the end off day 1, he did 16 best times out of 17 droven stages, only Jasper Van den Heuvel could do one best time and that was only because Wevers stalled the engine and made only sixt fastest time on that stage.
1. Wevers
2. Van den Heuvel at 2'35"
3. Boers at 3'24"
4. Leemans at 4'10"
5. Van Woensel at 4'39"
6. Coffey at 4'40"
Today there are still six stages to run, but i guess nobody can beat Wevers without having any mechanical difficulties. :)
In Italy, Rally San Martino, victory for Longhi:
1. Longhi (Subaru Impreza WRC)
2. Silva (Peugeot 307 WRC) at 52"8
3. Porro (Ford Focus WRC) at 1'59"5
4. Oldrati (Peugeot 307 WRC) at 2'14"4
5. Spagolla (Peugeot 307 WRC) at 2'24"2
6. Re (Citroen Xsara WRC) at 2'24"7
After SS5 rallye Coteaux champenois, Hubert Deferm threatens Christophe Vaison for the lead
Hi !
Exotic Green Rally : very nice race !

As this rally is held on gravel, drivers like Andreucci and Longhi will attack hard-it is their chance to beat Rossetti&Navarra&Travaglia with S2000 machinery.

Kresta is testing Tagai's Pug today. Expect some pictures soon :)
I also forgot to mention that Filip Schovánek returns to co-driver's seat for Kopná. He will be co-driving Josef Semerád.
