Tamrazov has done a lot of Estonian events as well. Some stage times are very good, but consistency is not there. Even I have seen him twice going off the road IRL.

His Fiesta is registered in Estonia and he had small base in South Estonia as well. It is probably easier to compete in EU when the car is based and registered in EU country.

Saliuk has competed in Estonia (Saaremaa Rally) only once (if I am not mistaken) and therefore rolled only once as well ;-) Very spectacular driver.

But I meant with specific which rallies he's going to do, I'm minimal attending 1 IRC event maybe and hopefully even two.

They says about minimum 10 IRC rallyes this year and whole Ukrainian Rally Championship.
