Good news for the Rene Georges Skoda Team.
Nasser Al Attiyah will be starting the rally Argentina, third round of the IRC championship and driving a SKODA FABIA S2000 of Rene Georges Rally Sport Belgium !!!
After several days of negotiations with his manager Raouf Menhem, RGRS have reached agreement for the Rally of Argentina and a program of a few rounds IRC, which will be announced after the Rally of Argentina...
That's great news, but it surprises me that Nasser will drive the Fabia when he already has a Fiesta. Logistical reasons?Quote:

So Al Attiyah will do MERC and SWRC in a Ford Fiesta with the Autotek Motorsport, and the IRC in a Skoda Fabia with Rene George Rally Sport. He can put together the ultimate S2000 car with the best data from both cars :)

So Skoda at IRC, Ford at SWRC and MERC, while keeping the pssible VW at Dakar, adn Dakar series rallies.
Will he find time for his other sport (Shooting) and prepare for Olympics?
