I am not sure about it. WRC has only exception in the rally world, where isnt showed flag on the car by licence, but by nationality of the driver. This exception started few years ago, when some driver has lost his "national" licence for some reasons and was starting under some exotic one. This is too difficult and complex topic to discuss. For sure the timing system is as best as possible. But it is always only about people or technology, so faults are possible. And it is about people and mechanism to prevent this faults as much as possible or find them as soon as possible...Quote:
