How closely are Citroen and Peugeot integrated in Italy? Could a switch to the C3 be on the cards?

Crew has been announced. It will be Rossetti to drive the Citroen C3 at CIR 2019.
That's really surprising for me (of course Rossetti is very capable driver, no question about that, it's just that I didn't expect that).
He was among the most rumoured candidates for the drive together with Basso and Scandola.Quote:

Imho no one is at the level of or has the potential to become like Rossetti, Ucci and Basso at the moment. and don't know if someone will ever be.
