There was a lot of wind on the rally day of Geko Rally Wervik and after the rain in the morning, which was quite heavy but only for a few minutes, the sun came out for the rest of the day.Quote:

Last sunday, Rallye de la Haute Senne. Small event in Wallonia. In the 90s there was one edition where Ypres was a candidate-event for the WRC, and then some stages were organized in that region.
Jean-Pierre Vande Wauwer won the event with a BMA-Skoda Octavia WRC, with only 5s advantage to Lionel Hansen, who was driving a Fabia WRC for the first time. It was an exciting battle all day long. :)
