Hi!
I just got from stages and here are my impresions:
The weather is sunny and very hot, but it may rain tommorow.
I'm a bit dissapointed with S2000s, they are fast, but not so attractive, even s1600 sounds better, and N4 cars are much more sideways (especially Iliev, who is very attractive, but had some problems with electronics).
SJJ showed best performance today and showed that he is even faster than S2000s, and he would be leading if it wasn't that puncture.
On Budinjak stage lots of crews had problems, so the start list for the leg 2 counts only 55 cars.
Our Juraj Šebalj is also pretty fast, but he had a puncture on SS5 and lost about a minute, but I hope tommorow he can be even faster because he knows that stages very well. It will be a big battle between him and Tomaž Kaučič.
On Bundek stage, ran in the City of Zagreb, Volkan Isik was very attractive, while Fontana was fastest.
I hope for a little rain tommorow to help Šebalj to win!! :) :) :) hehe
Congratulations Volkan Işık ! Being the most important rally driver in Turkey, he achieved what all the Turkish fans expected.
Some information about Işık : He's one of the best drives in Turkey Rally Championship, who got 4 points in the WRC 2001 season in China, decided to race abroud especially in ERC. He's very experienced and talented despite his old age. What's more, he's three-time Turkey Rally Champion.
I hope to see him in some of WRC events next season with in WRC category.
GO SJJ today !!!! :bounce:
Show S2000/GrN drivers what you are capable of today !! :p :
Where's Volkan Isik on today 1st stage ??? :s
What an S2000 festival on that stage, with Fontana ahead of Czopik and Solow :D
What's wrong with Volkan Işık__????
Iliev fastest on SS11 :D
Anybody knows dry or wet are stages today?
Filip, I understand what you say. I think the reason for this is that the current drivers you see rallying with the S2000 don't drive the cars to the edge. An S2000 car is a real rally car and should be driven to the edge, look at images of Mille Migglia, you see a huge difference between Basso and the other FIATs and he goes a lot faster too...Quote:

@Cricketfilms: great video footage, thanks!!! :)
So.. the slow pace from Iliev yesterday was because his problems...
Today he is being the fast drivers on the stages!!
If he can keep this performance he have chance to win the rally!!!
I have just waken up and can't see Isik in the results. What happened? Another crash?
Unfortunately, he had a technical problem with his car at the start of 2nd leg :(Quote:

Bad luck for Isik indeed!!
Now the question is to know if M Solowow will be able to sustain de pressure from Juraj Sebalj and D Iliev. It will depend of weather conditions I Think....
I think Solowow must be carefull with Iliev... ;)
Great SJJ is back only 26s from 4th position after SS13 !!! :bounce:
What happened with Michal Solowow on SS12? He lost 14,9 seconds to Sebalj...
Fontana seems to like Laz... another stage victory :)
It's really a hard fight !
Yes, it looks interesting. First three drivers within 30 seconds and still 4 stages to the finish. Between Iliev and Solowow it's a fight for the leadership in ERC.
Very cool... ERC is more interesting than WRC. :D :D
Something happened with Solowow :(
FANTASTIC !!! SJJ only +6s from podium after SS15 !!! :bounce: :bounce:
Great run by SJJ !!!!
I think if the IRC and the ERC series merge we are having a winner....
What do you mean N.O.T.?Quote:

Is there any Super 2000 car that didn't have any technical problems on this rally???
Like I said before...
A TOP Gr N car its better than a S2000 ;)
I think Iliev will win the rally and Simon will finish in the podium for sure!
Iliev and Sebalj had very close times today so I do not expect that Iliev will catch him.
What's happening with Donchev :s
Is he having lot of problems in his new EVO
I was expecting much better performance from him!
Donchev lost 10 minutes on ss3 yesterday and now again some time in ss15. I don't know what were his problems in these stages, in the other stages he has times which are not bad.
Poor Solowow...year after year trying to win a ERC rally, and when I thought it will happen today, a mechanical failure has destroyed his dream with the finish line very close!
What a fight between Solowow and SJJ for the final podium place !!!
Still 6s gap before final stage(SS18) !!! :D
Wasn't it u that said that a top Gr N is way better than a S2000? :D :D :DQuote:

SIMON JEAN-JOSEPH THIRD OVERALL !!!!! :bounce: :bounce: :D
Sorry for Solowow who lost the podium in the last stage... :mark:
SJJ is really really a great driver and proved it once again !! Congratulations !!!
Yes if he had not the puncture he could be the winner!Quote:

For Cricketsfilm, Great job once again thank you!
Edit: Let's wait to see who was the winner of second leg!
Can someone explain ERC pointing system?
I saw the first 3 get points for first leg, but then, what else?
final classification 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1
stage 3-2-1
so maximum you can get 16 points = 10 + 3 + 3
But as Madiera says, one day is counted completely seperatly?
