Thanks dudes....

But we need to open a major can of whoop ass in the upcoming races. Even though me and Tazzy got into some points, Sports Babble outscored us and closed the gap to our "best of the rest" mid pack position. The more entries we have, the better the chance of one of us pulling in some real solid points and opening up the gap again.

Besides, who wants to finish 6th? :laugh:

Mexico is coming up quick, let's get those picks in before the deadline!

I think we all tanked at COTA, the first name I found was mine and I was ranked in the mid 70's. If we don't get our act together we might lose another mid field spot.

Well it looks like Dogued is still wrapped up in his new job, and we were tied with Sports Babble for the interforum 5th place at the end of Brazil. So I did some digging into the results, and I think we got them in the end.

Lord_Snooty from Babble beat us all from what I can see with a 16th place overall and 49 points

....BUT....

It looks like me, Mr Swiss, and Taz beat the rest of the Sports Babble crew with fairly strong scores that quite possibly will overcome the one very strong score by Lord_Snooty.

We bagged (overall finish/points)

43/42
48/41
62/40

... all of which are capable of some points in most races.

I guess we will have to wait it out until it's sorted by non forum entries and such, and that one strong finish by Babble might keep them ahead of us. But either way we finished fairly strong. Next year I'll try to get my act together and at least predict 1/2 or more of the races :laugh:

Mr Swiss was the overall high scoring player for Motorsport Forums with 711 points, only beating Taz by 10. COD had a strong score as well. with 680 points. Me and OneManBand pulled up the rear, but his early high scores almost beat me even though he predicted less than half as many races. In short, I sucked but pulled in a few points while he was out!

I'm in, and hopefully this year I can score more points per race. Maybe if enough people from the forum jump onboard, we could make a spreadsheet and keep track of where everyone finishes. Even without an interforum list, we can see who dominates the picks.
