so, where's that huge jump near the end? 2:48 or 3:00?
okay thank you! now i know where to go.:D
I know it's in the other direction but 3min will be a big jump, i assume EstWRC knows that as well :)
Easier to see the size of the 3min jump at 2:07 here, might hit it at 170-180kph i think. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yCkPk99fgig
Don't think they will jump much at all on 1:18 and 1:22 unfortunately
yea, i knew it.
another question. will there be maps and spectator areas in tuulilasi magazine like last year? it was very helpful. at the moment i cant find anything at rally site or at tuulilasi site but last year at this time we already had the magazine i think. There is a app for the rally this year but the maps and navigation will be published 27.07. i prefer the magazine because the app will take battery, mobile internet etc. Last year the mobile internet didnt work at all at stages.
E: never mind the question, found out that the magazine will be published 14.07 with all the maps and etc.
That 1:22 is guarantee "flying-place" on this direction.. Been there spectating local rallyes and former Pirelli Star Driver competition :) Last time that they drove this on rally one driver hurt his back on the landing...
But the 3:00 place is guarantee flying too :)

First picture on this video is from 1:22 jump..
And the jump is on video starting at 1:13... Yeah I know that suspensions have developed a lot, but still that is a good jump in both directions :)
Henning Solberg has tested the Ford Fiesta R5 of Frigyes Turán in Hungary yesterday. I think that's the car he will use in Finland aswell.
WRC @OfficialWRC
No @RallyFinland for @DaniSordo as he recovers from his back injury.@KevinAbbring and @sebmarshall will step in and no doubt do a great job
Good luck to Kevin and Seb - http://www.autosport.com/news/report...out-of-finland
With Sordo having a deal locked up it's good that they get a chance to impress.
Anyone got an onboard from Ouninpohja 2008 when it ran i reverse? Galli,PG and Salo and some big offs that year not far from the finish.
what was the name of the stage in 2008 ? (because there was no stage named Uninpohja) I have onboards from ss1-2-13-15-16-21
Also the stage map is on Rally maps http://www.rally-maps.com/Rally-Finland-2008/Kakaristo
How has the summer been in finland? The lakes are warm enough to go to swim and wash? :D

Cold
Yes, warm enough for swim and wash (Jyväsjärvi at Rally HQ is 18 degrees now) http://www.paijanne.org/pages/en/main.php
Okay...last year it was very cold like autumn, only 10 degrees in the afternoon in camping areas. We didnt find any washing possibilities and the lakes were also very cold.
Has it been raining in Jyvaskyla? Might have another wet event
Yes that's right, but the trend is important. It looks like it's another wet summer in Finland... Anyway, we shall wait and see
Next ten days forecast in Jyväskylä is Sunny and very little rain. Great summerrally i hope!
