Ogier & Mikkelsen will be the pair of VW in Fafe. The team confirmed it.
They were afraid to give the car to Latvala... :DQuote:

That's great,thanx a lot for that

Mú is the only stage with 100% gravel surface. Ourique has 100/200m of tarmac in the begining, Santana da Serra has 100m in the middle, Vascão has 1/1.5 km, Loulé has 100m, Almodovar has 2/3 km (new section) and Loulé has 200/300m of tarmac in the begining of the stage.Quote:

He will do Portugal with Subaru too.
Looks obvious that it's an money issue and that his sponsors can invest a bit more for Italian rallies instead of rallies who are abroad.Quote:

I hope the rain stops in the next few days... meteorology predictions are for rain during next week, stopping precisely on day 6 (Fafe event). Although predictions so far ahead are very inacurate, I hope this time they aren't... some nice sunny weather would be perfect for the Sprint, although a cloudy one like last year would be good enough.
Portuguese TV RTP2 will broadcast live the II Fafe Rally Sprint on the 6th of April from 2:30 PM.

I just counted that Kubica has done at least 23 rallies (many of them were very short). Am I correct when I say that this is his first ever event on gravel?
Yes, you are. His gravel experience is limited to just 40 miles in one of his own Group N cars.Quote:

Plenty of time then... I should be arriving on monday afternoon. When watching onboards, you don't see anyone around the stages except for the public areas. Is it really that strict there?
