Today, the stage's times will be multiplied fivefold.
Does this mean that Gordon is already one hour behind the leaders?Quote:

what Gordon can do, Van den Bosch can do better, with a truck
Yes, at the beginning cars and trucks were x5, but it was changed later to x3 :) .Quote:

i think it was to make it a serieus stage, and stop drivers doing what they did at Rally Australia, driving slow so they do not win the stage and have to open the sunday stage.
Opening the stage in offroad is a completely different thing
Two more of Joost his videos, an impression of the first 3 days.

Really? He should hire his son to design one for him then, instead of driving a giant brick (even has the same colour)... who designed that thing? A chimp with a square ruler? :p :... seems it wasn't his best work either. :DQuote:

In 2011 he had a guy from Chile as teammate, who drove past him when Gordon was stopped with technical issues.
Either he chooses the wrong men or no one can match Robby Gordons standerds
I cant figure out what do you mean?Quote:

Vasilyev is doing a nice stage too, a bit surprising with his car ! arf, in live I see him stuck ...
Guys lost times with a difficult WPS to find.
In moto same thing, and good stage for Husqvarna boys (Barreda 1st and Fish 3rd). Some surprising guys in the T10 (Caselli, Curtis, Israel).
General after leg 2 (maybe some penalties will arrive ?)
1 Barreda (Hu)
2 Faria (K) 5'17
3 Casteu (Y) 6'53
4 Pedrero (K) 6'55
5 Despres (K) 8'39
6 Rodrigues (Ho) 9'05
7 Fish (Hu) 9'13
8 Ullevalster (K) 9'14
9 Curtis (K) 9'50
10 Israel (Ho) 9'55
And in truck, Stacey had an accident.
What happend with Nasser and Sainz?
Benediktas Vanagas (458) rolled in front of Joost in the beginning of the stage.
Taking Nasser's budget last year, and now on official Dakar website he says 'my 4 year old son could design better car' referring to the buggy's Nasser and Carlos are using.... if he would be the only one to make a car in the USA .Quote:

Possibly a GPS problem
We need to have a look at the GPS, there may be something wrong with it. We went through certain points two or three times without them being validated, until we thought "too bad, let's move on" and, after 15 km, it went back to normal... I don't know, we need to have a look at it.
any news for benediktas 458
No, all I know is that he rolled in a righthand corner at quite a high speed, but could continue with some damage to the car.
I think the crash will be shown on Eurosport. His shot was just on Dutch tv allready.
Did Joost film the crash on RTL7?
it looks like time of Sainz was changed and he is new leg winner.
and Nasser is the last in overall ranking after day2. What could happen?
132. AL-ATTIYAH (QAT) CRUZ (ESP) BUGGY 12:02:15 +09:07:00 behind the leader, 1 hour penalty: 01:00:0
Yes, it was proved that the GPS didn't work well. At a way point it didn't validate, so Sainz spent 21'26" trying to activate it passing by the way point at least three times. Then, he decided to move on and after a few kms the GPS suddenly showed the way point validated. Officials checked Sainz's itinerary and decided to discount those minutes.Quote:

An hour is the penalty if you miss a way point  .Quote:

I missed that last parts. yes it reads of only 1 brand new Toyota, for De Villiers
