True but Gassner made more kilometers on reverse gear than Wiegand to the front ;)Quote:

By the way the fastest Porsche of Fuster is already more than two minutes behind Mikkelsen and Kopecký now.

So guys, do you think Kopecky can do it? I hope the fight is not over but the gap is quite "big" now.
4,4 seconds is hardly a big gap, but the tendency have been that Andreas is in control. I hope Kopecky could find an extra gear and keep the battle going until the last stage.Quote:

Gassner's accident is on the IRC website now; shows how easy it is to have a rally ending mistake.
It's interesting how big gap can 4 seconds can mean when two have equal speed and equal cars. Now Jan took 0,1 on 21 km...
Incredible! I think they must be getting pretty much the maximum from the car here.
According to info from PLuto Andreas looses 17 at the half of stage possible with engine problems.
That would be a great shame after the battle.Quote:

I think Jan got info about problems of Andreas so he slowed down.Quote:

Shame the battle ended like that but kudos to both drivers for keeping up a relentless pace throughout the rally without errors and also to Skoda for no team orders!
Congratulation to Jan and Pavel!
Glad that Andreas got to the finish after this late trouble. It leaves ifs over the outcome of the race, still congratulations to Jan & Pavel for their first victory together!
Too bad for Andreas, very unlucky this time :(
But congratulations to both, they did a very good rally, nice battle :)
It's a pity that such great battle was decided by technical problems but on the other hand I'm really happy for Pavel. Third start together, second victory after Jänner :)
Second ;)Quote:

At least Kopecky didn't gain an unjust victory because of Andreas problem though, as we can see he actually won more stages.
Problems with the latest engine spec on the Fabia though? Misfires for both Mikkelsen and Wiegand during the rally.
I think Andreas will stand a good chance of taking his first asphalt victory in Ireland next month. Kind of weird that the reigning champion has never won on asphalt in a championship which as perceived as having too much of it!

Big thanks for Skoda Motorsport for uploading the onboards.
Edit. Wait a minute, I know that SS10... I believe it's Artedara or something like that, there's a semi-good RBR track made out of it. I recognized it from the middle part. Nice. :)
Edit2. 05:14, "právo pet horizont, sumppu"? Is it really "sumppu", a Finnish pacenote for a narrow place/"narrows"?
Frankly I can't identify what is Pavel saying :D I will ask him, I promise :)Quote:
