Hmm.. makes me wonder.. How good would it be to have Gigi Galli at the X-Games?! He may not be the fastest of rally drivers, but goodness he can put on a show and play to the crowd!
Woud be cool to have Loeb, Bosse and Petter too :DQuote:

Other than your cult few, nobody here knows who Loeb and Gigi are.
That's why McRae (of video game fame, not WRC) and Said (of Nascar ranks) have name recognition.
They will know who they are when they're let loose on the x-games track! hehe.. Remember Gigi in Portugal SSS?
Oh, and by the way, i have absolutely no idea who Said is. Name recognition? none.
Peter can be show man too, using some of his RallyX tricks

It sounds all good and well to bring in lots of WRC drivers save for one point.
The X Games is one of THE key factors in the formation of serious privateer teams in the US. With only one factory team serious privateers are vital for a competitive championship. IF we had a vibrant championship with lots of sponsorship having WRC drivers would add a unique element to the mix but since we are building a vibrant championship anything we can do to get more teams better funding is critical.
Personally, I like seeing the local "heroes" that I can call on the phone or go up to and have a 10 minute chat with at US events then celebrities that are going to be here for a couple of days then gone for a year...
Might be a step towards getting a WRC round back.
