As well as a broken femur, my son lost most of one big toe in a motor cycle crash a few years ago. He seems to have compensated really well and doesn't have a limp. Latest injury - foot broken in three places after coming off a mountain bike. :(

might be, infact the other day I saw a radiography of a women who didn't have any coccyx bone(or at least it looked like it was fully attacched to the sacrum), and she never had any problem around that area. from what I know the muscles needed for pooping are attacched to the coccyx
