Rally ''Il Ciocchetto'' this week-end: R.Kubica in an old Clio Williams A7!!! He really enjoys spending every spare time rallying!!!
http://www.cioccocentromotori.it/eve...itti_CIO10.pdf
Can't believe my eyes Kubica is leading Ciocchetto after SS3 in front of Travaglia
Results link?
http://rally.ficr.it/tab_stagetimes....rovaSpeciale=3
3rd is N3 , all faster than Rox ? Weird results , snow maybe ?
What happened with Robert Kubica, i don't see him after stage 6
i guess the stage was either cancelled or the livetiming broke down. when you look on stage 7, kubica didnt start, and the driver before him also not and all others behind also didnt start.
@ rallylink forum i read that Kubica had transmission problems?
any Italian mates to enlighten us?
Kubica ha toccato un muretto con danni alla trasmissione...ho sentito ora Giuliano..non pensano di ripartire domani
Apparently Kubica hit a wall and damaged the transmission in doing so. Seems like they will not restart tomorrow neither. :(
thanks wwbroe :)Quote:

From my point of view it is not fair, because the last race (rally Fabaria) was canceled (and it had the coefficient 1,5), so this coefficient 1,5 should be automatically transferred to the last rally, which was carried out already in summer-and this rally was won by F.Re.
With this calculation no doubts about champion would occure.
But as with all the decisions taken on the table, one remains with empty hands....
I hope Felice Re will not lose his motivation and will carry on driving WRC's also in next season. For me he is still the champion !!
IMO when both have the same points, in almost every championship they look to who won the most events. I find Pedersoli a good champion.
Yes, I agree. In my opinion it's fair decision. It would be very unfair to change points of penultimate events after it was finished. Everyone must know rules before start of the rally not after it's finished.
Short video of Andreucci's test week ago on the Sicily. The purpose was to test new tires as it is shown....also Anna is wearing Pirelli's overall. But whay did they forget to install rear bumper???

Terrible video, boring as hell. Standing on the start/finish line will not make a good one.Quote:

Yes, it's because the bumper is easy to destroy. It's quite often to test without it ;)
...anything new? If Basso with a Peugeot at Monte (rumour), then probably not with Skoda in CIR as expected (rumoured)... who else? I believe Kopecky concentrates on IRC this year... and an Italian driver would be better for the promotional purposes anyway... I think it also depends on whether Abarth factory team yes or no this year...
Will Signor continue with Skoda italia ?
Basso's start on Motne isnt important for decisions about CIR. Skoda Italy has list of good drivers to choose one or two for CIR.Quote:

The greatest young hope is according to Italian web site Andrea Crungola.
Congratulations to both of them!!
What is Luca Rossetti going to do this year?
I am sure that his programme for season 2011 will be presented soon ;)
Rossetti was seen at Monte Carlo as one of the ice-spy for one of the Skoda team driver. Maybe this is a hint for his future????
Second very important information: TRA champion Luca Pedersoli will drive in this season C4 WRC !!!
http://www.rallyemotion.it/news/508-...-con-la-c4-wrc
This coming week-end is Exporally in Italy, and traditionally many drivers/teams present their program there ;)
Piero Longhi will drive a Mini in the Italian championship this year! ;)
In TRT ;)
Looking forward to this! If not Galli :-D I'd prefere him...Quote:

Where did you find this information ??? It's a bit strange to me, as he signed last year a two year contract with Twister Corse for P207S2000....Quote:

Oooouuu, so Twister will own a Mini SP !! Good for them&Longhi !! I hope Longhi will have more luck with this car as with P207 last season.Quote:

Mini's homologation should be in March.Quote:
