Good point but shakedown was a tight layout where handling and speed out of corners was at a premium. On similar tyre choices with standard conditions throughout (dry with frozen mud turning to wet mud through the last half of the session). I don't think s/d will be representative of the whole rally but it did show the VW and Citroen combos are better at this time.

For sure. RMC SD tody was an indicator which told us very much of the state right now of the WRC-cars. And it looks that something lacks on the i20.

Let´s hope though they are not so far from pace...

Even if they are a bit off the pace initially they'll soon catch up.

Yes, that´s right. But we´ve seen other things too, but timing. But as said. Rally Sweden will tell more...
