in the latest pressrelease, where they talk about the 207 evo+, they say nothing about an official entry in irc. they only say that "thanks to programmes run by local Peugeot subsidiaries and privateer teams the car is competing in many local championships".

It seems there will be no official full programme but I am sure Peugeot will still be registered and we wil see some good entries on certain rounds, before hopefully a bigger comeback with the 208 R4T next year.
I fear we will see Skoda stepping back next year as I don't think the Fabia R4T will be ready at the beginning of the year, unless IRC will allow S2000 to continue as well.
Of course S2000 will continue to be allowed in IRC or would You like to run a season opening events with two or three cars in top class?
Anyway I heard Škoda is working on homologation at 1st January 2013 as well. But it's just rumors.

Difficult to say. Definitely they have lesser potential but if they give them very strong engine (heard they shall have 32 mm restrictor) it could be interesting combination of worse chassis and better engine with similar weight...Quote:
