Congrats to Seb!!! the Master! I really wanted him to win though some people say it is boring to cheer for the same world champion, but it just impressive to watch a driver who not only has incredible skill behind the wheel, but is also very intelligent driver. Always thought that he deserves to be a champ once again. Also very tight and interesting season which was decided on almost the last stage of last rally. Also it seems that very interesting season is coming up because of Ogier with a new car and speeds that Ott showed this year. Also thanks to all the members of this board, I rarely post anything, but constantly read it especially during the rally, you guys are great, what a year we had!
it's not good that we have the same winner every year but the best won again

But apparently that wasn't considered dangerous enough by our fearless leaders. No, the "safety" mainly comes up when there's another country that wants to take your place on the calendar. Then your rally is considered dangerous.
Of course it could be that when the organisers saw the tractor they called the marshalls who said "its ok, the tractor is off the road now and won't be coming back" and made the sensible decision that it would be stupid to red flag a stage for something that has already been dealt with.
