Just dispute the money through whatever credit card (or paypal) organisation you paid from, I know I am planning to do it and if you want to send serious message to them, that is the only way. Spilling out your frustration here is useless.
Kinda working now but they decided to end the feed after Meeke. Yeah who doesn't prefer the good old rotating GPS map over WRC/2pro drivers...
This is extra feature of WRC+ alllive . All the drama both sides of screen , its like force feedback of sorts

Sorry to hear all the issues.
The BT Sport stream on their TV red button has been faultless (if only in Standard Def).
Im going to try their website as that stream is in HD and see how that goes.
Gone again, very amateur effort, just hope the rest of the season isn't like this.
If you are not able to deliver a proper service just don't deliver it. Stick it to normal wrc+ and go all live when you have an proper infrastructure to do that.
It was the same in 2017, people said they wouldn't pay unless it got better.

All live is not working on iOS devices since yesterday.

Didn't see all events last year, but from those I've seen I can't remember having the service collapsing this way; only small cuts here and then, which didn't affect a quite enjoying All Live experience. Hard to feel the same about MC broadcast so far.Quote:

I was at work today so just had it on and off on the BT Sport app and it worked with no problems , it was a different story at home though as my son was trying to keep in touch it kept crashing on the pc but as tc10a states above the firestick app worked with no dramas , the main problem I see is that there does not seem to be any response from WRC.Com for which is after all a paid service , there was never these sort of problems on this scale before.
Why should you not be able to rewind re-live? just jump to any place in the footage using the progress bar at the bottom like in youtube and co.Quote:

If you are able to log in and start video once, you can switch to direct stream and not be affected with WRC+ issues which may come later.

I'm highly sympathetic to the difficulties of actually putting together the broadcast of the rally and can forgive issues we encounter as viewers around that, with the helicopter, plane, onboards and such like, even timing graphics, as they're working under challenging and fairly unique circumstances. I can't though so easily forgive the issues we've seen with the App/Web service and streaming side of the operation. I'm no great fan of streaming services in general, but most are pretty reliable nowadays. There isn't really any excuse for all the problems we've had this weekend. Yes, the WRC may be increasingly popular, putting demand on their servers, but they're not broadcasting the World Cup final for gods sake... I can't believe the demand can't be handled without drama. Surely the expertise and equipment required to successfully stream this content is readily available in this day and age at a not unreasonable cost to the provider? Please WRC Promoter, don't waste our goodwill on this...

Yes, it seems that one of the most important features has disappeared or blocked. You are forced to either watch live or when certain section from stream is fully completed you can only after that to use it with a functional progress bar. What a joke.Quote:
