wrc.com site still weird regarding times, check stage times for SS7... Ostberg is 0.1 behind Ogier and the site reports he's 0.9 behind... errors on the diff to the 1st field too... As most of us here: missing A LOT Stage One.... :(

Saw that, difference in times between various sites. I thought ALL times were sourced from the Spanish outfit so should be the same, if not always correct?
No, he is repair his carQuote:

First Rally The World webisode is out:
RALLYTHEWORLD.com
Seb Marshall @sebmarshall
Stage 8, slightly warmer - now only -6C. Clear of snow / definite line through it on 70% of stage, final few km still covered.
Ogier was very quick here last year also with Fabia so too early to conclude- but for sure it will be not an easy drive for Mikko.Quote:

Day 2, and and looks like no one can touch Seb Loeb. Is anyone missing Petter- I know I am- just aint the same without him!!!
I'm sort of enjoying the new competition model! Of course that Mr. Loeb is from another level, but after Ogier, we have a pretty decent fight! Petter would be welcome to this roaster too, but I believe he would be below the Sebs.
i wasn t the winner. :D but the looser will pay.Quote:

Action will resume at 14h50 with SS8 (Labatie d'Andaure 2). All WRCs are once again fitted with 6 studded tyres
i am very curious to know how many studded they have left....
Sadly, I think he would have been a casualty yesterday and with no Rally 2 he wouldn't have been driving today (opinion based on last years form not his championship year.)Quote:

Also can't recall if this has been asked, is it permitted / possible to replace worn studs on the tyre in service?
Guys i'm looking for the <live text> in the wrc.com but i find nothing ι'm wondering if it is suspended.

-8C bloody cold, rofl :D
I do miss him however I'm pretty sure he would be no match for Loeb. He has never been so good in Monte Carlo.Quote:

I was thinking something slightly different. Would it be an advantage to remove some new studs from a new tyre, then replace them later to give the tyre 'a second life'? The regulations don't permit teams to alter the tyre's profile (i.e. add grooves), but I wonder if stud removal and replacement is permitted by the teams or by the tyre supplier?Quote:
