I was thinking the same.
IMHO 2 reasons;
- how he sets the car to be fast
- doesn't back off when needed

Adamo only brings turmoil and tension to the team, unfortunately. Adamo only wants victory victory, but this does not happen, you have to be human from time to time.
So?
One can be faster and still avoid problems.
2 weeks ago in Portugal i witnessed how everyone swerved to avoid a big stone in the line. Untill evans came along, he just kept to his line and went straight over it. It could have ripped his wheel clear off.
Yet he was slower than rovanpera and katsuta who went around.
It just so that certain drivers don't respect their material, while others do.
and front suspension got a bigger impact from a rock but rear suspension was wrecked. This rear of Hyundai seems so fragile
It has to be how he sets the car up. No other explanation I can think of why his cars always have weird reliability issues.
Tänak has managed to retire or lose about the same amount of rallies from the lead as how much he has won.
Think about that in proportion to how much times it has happened to Ogier? Nobody is this Lucky/Unlucky
