it varies, from 120 km/h to 30km/h. Usually only freeways and the largest roads have a 100km/h or higher speed limit.
regular interstate usually have 70-90km/h limit.

However in winter conditions its recommended to go a little slower then allowed since winter roads can be very treacherous.
