Tyre rules regarding homologation were changed, not rules regarding the 60.7.
Here's the rule change:
CoC Communication 1: http://www.jaennerrallye.at/fileadmin/u ... m%2001.pdf
The list of homologated tyres by the FIA: http://www.fia.com/sites/default/files/ ... .12.13.pdf
To my understanding, 60.7 still applies (it has not been repealed).

As Juha said, not this rule.
[ERC] 31. Int. Janner Rallye 2014 (03.-05.01.2014):
What tyres is Aigner on this year, is he still on Yoko, or is he on a brand that is not registered, since it does not show on the lists on Eurosport?
Re: [ERC] 31. Int. Janner Rallye 2014 (03.-05.01.2014):
This is the rule that is almost impossible to control. You can always remove studs with heavy braking and accelerating on tarmac or gravel road. So, who says he took it out manually? Who says he was not joking;-) It is very difficult to follow. Therefore, I find that this rule must be delated and it will be equal for everyone.

You are right but at least he should have not spoken like that...
Anyway in this short highlight video You can find big moments of Aigner and Tarabus: http://www.fiaerc.com/videogallery/deta ... A-END-LEG1

Yoko according to rally radio!
About Harrach, I understood it as he did it manually, he said it was hard work to get them out...
Re: [ERC] 31. Int. Janner Rallye 2014 (03.-05.01.2014):
Why does Kubica have No#1 on side of car? Who will have 1 at next ERC round?
Re: [ERC] 31. Int. Janner Rallye 2014 (03.-05.01.2014):
I think that seeding is still up to organizers in the ERC as there are no driver registrations. There are only FIA priorities which say who must be seeded in the first group. Starting order is than done according to the qualification stage.
