Otherwise organizers will start to feel pressure on that "watering of night stages issue":
- Citroen: put only small quantity of water and some time before first one, so little sweeping, and dust to slow the Fords
- Ford: put alot of water to allow little dust when running 17th, and if possible let some water in the stages to delay Citroens
