Yes, Basso went off - wonder if he got stuck off road, car doesn't look too bad:

Just a dent in Giando's car.
I do wonder whether there is something in the theory that the Abarth drivers have to push harder to keep up and that is why we tend to see more errors from them.
I believe they have especialy when Basso is the only one to be able to keep the pace. He said in Ypres that he has to take a big risk.
Will M van Dalen have a word with Vouilloz?
Basso damaged the clutch/transmission when he went off.
Pitty for Basso and for the rally :(
Meeke will be third, hope the Skoda's will slow down to make it to the finish. Do you guys realise that this could be the third overall victory for Skoda in IRC, who would have tought that??? :D :D :D (I'm happy for them!)
I don't think so, because although Kronos prepare both cars (Meeke and Nico) they are funded separate, so I guess it is up to Peugeot Belgium...Quote:

I saw the Eurosport tv show yesterday and Loix said he has to use setup of Vouilloz, and he is not happy about it. He cannot find confidence (in the rear end). Why does he have to use THAT setup and why can't he change it? Maybe he should (or will) have to look for another drive for next year. I'm dreaming out loud, but a Fiesta S2000 run by a Belgian team Floral Racing would be great ;) (this is just me dreaming, not even a rumour!!!).
That makes sense and I'm sure Meeke would rather earn 3rd than be given it.Quote:
