They're going to spread water only in the first 3'5 km of Gomes Aires and in the whole Ourique. It`s half of the total itinerary of the day, more or less.

So, in order to bring back Jean Todt and Michele Mouton's desires for more 'challenge' they're creating artificial scenarios on the stages.
