As a teaser I added some pictures (in the bottom of the post) of the 307WRC as it was on the test in Sweden in February 2008. Probably close to what it would be if Petter would drive!?! http://www.maxattack.net/2009/01/pet...ng-the-307wrc/

Petter losing to Henning? Where is this world going? Loooooool That's same as saying that Lewis Hamilton would loose to Adrian Sutil. Or that Grönholm is not driving Ford because he fears to compete against Henning Solberg.

Well it was you who told us that Henning drive with 307 for 2009. That was nonsense, we all now know. Why is this (in your eyes) again true?

Sorry for all the messing around, however I have been told I can tell you what I know. Please don't hold it against me if I'm wrong!

When I said I thought it wasn't a car capable of wins, that is simply because it is a M2 car. Petter was meant to sign a one-year contract with Ford, driving in a deal similar to Hennings with his own sponsors for 8 events, missing Ireland, Spain and most likely Poland, although he may have to miss Norway instead if the deal isn't signed soon. He will pay for the drive, and have very limited testing (this may be the reason for any delay).

With regards to manufacturing points, I'm not sure where he is - as in if he will be nominated in any events. We'll have to see what happens.

I am now as much in the dark as to the delay as you. And just so you know, C4 from RallyBuzz has also recieved similar information about this planned press conference today so its not just me who got this info.
