Nashville is going to be different this year. Kariya is in St. Louis. Vokoun is either with Florida or Tampa Bay...can't remember.
Even in Wisconsin, the hockey fans are fickle, unlike Minnesota were hockey is king.Quote:

I believe that Mark Morro has retired from the Marlies.
Going off the subject living near Liverpool we have a new Arena opening next year, I doubt there are any plans to bring any Hockey to it, which is a shame.
Liverpool should start off a team in the ENL Northern League.
I keep hoping the people in the UK take to hockey in a bigger way. The fact you guys come on here and tell us about it BTCC and Andy, it gives me hope......
Of course, I never dreamed I would meet a Mexican hockey fan (and of the LEAFS yet!) so it is a strange world we live in....
Well it took a big leap in popularity with the introduction of the Elite League in 2003. But since then it has been going with no real improvements. I believe if they combined the EPIHL (The 2nd best UK league) it would make a huge difference as 10 teams isn't enough.Quote:

Just have one competion, expand the league into two conferences, take the example of the NHL, regular season followed by play offs.
