I agree with Mirek. It shows what each one of them can deliver to Hyundai. Probably Bouffier has a lot more promise to develop in the future and be a better driver than Dani in terms of results. But at the moment Bouffier has experience of just a single rally with WRC car and I think it is too much risk for them to put him in No 2 seat.
Good post.Quote:

Sordo has signed for six rallies. If things go well, he might run more events. The announcement is about to be revealed (there's a delay because his co-driver hasn't been decided yet).
On the other hand, Sordo has rejected a last-hour offer from Citroen: a full season. However, he said no mainly because of the lack of testing.
Carlos Del B not staying with DS? Strange after they seem such a good team together. Clearly the treatment at the end of 2013 season must have really pissed Dani off!Quote:

I guess it is more a case of "I'm not driving for you if I only do tarmac"Quote:

Maybe he is thinking about the future.
Citroën hasn't got clear plans regarding the WRC from 2015 on, while Hyundai has at least a 3 year plan.
That´s what I already predicted some days ago. I wouldn´t be suprised if Sordo also gets some gravel rallies instead of Hänninen. Yes, probably because of his WRC-experienceQuote:

You're right. In the past, Sordo has already reduced his salary to drive some more events (Mini times...). No one handles more inside information than him, so if he decided that it's better to run a minimum of six events than a full season...Quote:

In the end, for Matton the worst part of the story is to remember that Ogier and Neuville were Citroën drivers.
Lol, yeah. They are doing a great job developing drivers for VW and Hyundai.Quote:

I do not understand Citroen at all. Maybe I am too far away from things, but they seem arrogant and disconnected. 9 times world champions, I would have expected them to release a car for buyers to celebrate that somewhat like a WRX or EVO. That awful DS3 attempt is a joke.
You're talking like making a an Evo-like car was an easy goal for a manufacturer. It's not like that. It's even much more difficult task than to make a WRC - especially from financial aspects. Even if it was so good car like Evo it would still generate only a loss (at least gigantic investment) which the PSA in current situation can hardly afford.Quote:

Kévin Abring tested today too.
Not today I think, he had a pricegiving in Paris.
But he has been testing the car already indeed!
Apparently Abbring has been involved in the development of the car for a few months.
Marti back in the right hand seat with Sordo for 2014.
