Congratulations King Loeb!
will 2xSeb share PS 3rd place point? (1p each?)
power stage result
1. Hirvonen
2. Latvala
3. Ogier
No points for the Champ.
Legend. Respect for Seb 1.0, especially if this is his last time here.
they have the same time according to Výsledky Rallye: Výsledky on-line Loeb is listed as nr3 with +0,6 and Ogier is listed as 4th with +0,6Quote:

First non-scandinavian to win finland twice...
THE BEST DRIVER OF ALL TIMES !!!!!
Congrats to THE Seb. :) If anyone he's exactly the right man to be first non-scandinavian to win in Finland.
Good that Mikko won the PS. If he would've stayed on the road on first day, he would've won easily.
in the power stage they count the times up to the ,000 of the second so Loeb was slower.Quote:

Mr Ogier you wish to have that 13.5 taken... don't try to kick the horse next time ;)
yes same as in 2010...Quote:

Simply unbelieveable ... such a great feeling to be a fan of Loeb ... celebrating win after win after win after win.
you cannot be a rallyfan and not a fan of Loeb....
What was the overall result? I cant get onto wrc.com and I missed the powerstage thanks to an over enthusiastic boss...Quote:

I wish he could be unfortunately I have my doubts. Who knows, hopefully I'm wrong though.Quote:

ok that explains it.Quote:

Anyway, I don't think Hirvonen could have won the rally without the mistake, he went flat-out the whole rally because he had nothing to lose. If he was in the top positions he would have been way slower in my opinion.
So happy that Loeb won.
At least JML held onto second ok. I knew when I saw the time difference between 1st and 2nd that loeb would win. Well done to him.
Its kinda hard to be a ford fan at the minute though. It seems youre giving them the benifit of the doubt all the time, every time, and they never seem to bring it togethor. Even when you wait for an event where you think they are strong, they still cant win....
I wonder what Malcolm Wilsons excuse is this time.
I am not a fan of LoebQuote:

Congratulation Mr Loeb and thank you to show us that when you opens the road these are the others which sweep.... :) :)
Fingers crossed for Mclaren tomorrow :laugh:Quote:

What a disappointing result from Citroen... just a 1-3 in Finland instead of the usual 1-2! Malcolm Wilson should be proud
They can always fight back in Germany !!!!
oh wait......
It's simply awesome to see Loeb win, when Ogier loses. Not that I hate Ogier so much, just dislike him, but I do hate Quesnel.
And the best thing is, they both play dirty games behind Loeb's back and he still wins :) How not to admire him...Quote:

Why is that?Quote:

:D :D :D
Congrats to Loeb for reminding to everybody the reason he has 7 world championships.
I couldn t follow all days cause of vacations, but big thanks to Tolis for keeping me informed by mobile and sms.
Also big dissapointments from Finland rally.
Minis are just bit faster than s2000 and not always.Sure they have a lot of work to do if they are serious about wrc.
Impressive Tanak and Ketomaa, but as i saw next days was probably by the clean road.
very good result for Hanninen being calm also when Tanak was faster. They are not a lot of drivers that they can manage something like this.
About Mikko....he is always fast after he f!@# up everything. But this is not getting to be champion.Being in the road while fast is the way.
About Latvala i was waiting to be faster in his home-rally.Too many quotes from ford drivers about no steady rear part of the car.Wondering what they were doing for 4 days...they were extremely happy after their testing.
Its a pitty that championship finished so quickly...
I agree, the championship is over for Ogier, if he had win here then he might just be in a good position, as there was two more gravel rally's, and I think he will surprise in tarmac this year. Now, I think he should focus on manufacter and second place in standings.
Congrats to Loeb, good win, especially when the rest wanted to play tactics, here is not big difference if first or third on road, if any. Ogier migth be next foreinger to win here, any others are not in sight sofar.
He don't need an excuse. even if i'm a citroen fan, fords problem seems to be the drivers and.not the car.Quote:

I think Ford are going to be pretty disappointed with this event. If they can't even win in Finland...Quote:

When do Mikko and JMLs contracts run to?
Given that Ford is not even committed to next year, I can't imagine they have contracts with drivers!Quote:

Finished +4min off lead
Meeke got within 0.5s/km off Hirvonen (fastest man) on new stages yesterday evening, when he was flat out.
Sordo set some good times today, on stages to know
Armchair critics that can even be bothered to some research.
Conclusion is that Meeke seemed keen to get the the finish of the rally, and the mini still needs some work, but has sound principles.
Germany will be better for Mini. We know how tight Sordo pushed Loeb, and Meeke has good pace there.
Latvalas own fault, he hesitated with changing set-up, and when he did it was far too late.Quote:
