Brendo Reeves should be a real contender in the Academy this weekend. Finished 4th outright in the Targa Tasmania tarmac rally this year, after 5 days in front of Porsches, R35 GTRs, Evos and WRXs in a FWD Mazda 3 MPS.

Ford on hard compound because they thought it would stay dry, Citroen on soft because they thought it would be wet, or mostly wet. It was wet after the first 6 km or so on SS2 so Fords tyres went from slightly warm to cold and Citroen's soft tyres stayed warm(ish) and retained grip.

The WRC is much more predictable then the IRC...
