Hmm wonder if theres anything in this in relation as to whos going to be Hunter-Reays sponsor this season?

I would think so jwhite. Snapple had been rumored as one of the companies looking at RHR's car.

The Dr Pepper Snapple Group is a long-time Andretti Autosport sponsor through its Venom Energy brand. I wouldn't read too much into it.

Seriously, Johansson American Spirit Racing was a powerhouse?

He also won at Watkins Glen in a one-car team. I'm not saying he's the best technical shoe out there, but he's got a good feel for cars.

IIRC, RHR dominated the entire race, leading all 250 laps- from the pole no less!

That is true, but you dont see Marco wearing go daddy jackets, or Danica in Venom gear.

I think if you re-read my post you'll see that I didn't say or insinuate any such thing. What I said was he dominated Milwaukee a year after the same team dominated the race 1 year prior and that his other CC win came with JASR under circumstances where a gamble paid off using pit window and madatory tire compounds. I'm not taking anything away from him, just that those 2 W's don't give him any credibility for setting up cars as you imply. I'm also not saying he's a bad driver by any means. You're twisting my words a bit.

True... i guess time will tell on this one. Ive also seen rumours that go daddy would be sponsoring him too.

I've been told by Dr Pepper reps that they will have a presence in the ICS next year and I've seen pictures on Facebook of Dr. Pepper reps hanging with RHR, so draw your own conclusions.
