All I know he finished 10th in Catalunya last season. And that he's over 60 years old.

He's born on May 2, 1946 (actually the same year as my countryman Stig Blomqvist). So he'll be 64 by this year. Amazing that these old men still are competing is'nt it?

Yes he is very old and dont have too much international experience.
He took part in Sweden in 2003 amd then he retired on the 10th stage due to the electrical problems. He was driving Subaru (n4).
He has driven with Seat Cordoma WRC, Impreza WRC and lately with whale.

He has done Monte Carlo rally nearly 10 times since 1979 with various cars (Renault, Mercededs, Volkswagen, Ford).

Couple of times he has done Mont Blanc rally and rally du var.

So, he is not stranger with snow :-)

And he is 63 years old, this year will be 64 :-)

Wow, I'm ashamed I didn't know who he is. However, thanks for the info. Nice with such an old man in the forest, just hope he's not an old gentleman :D

And I forgot to mention that he was French rally champion in 2008 :-) with his whale.

Dany Snobeck was the winner of the Rallye Lyon in the french tarmac championship 2009, with the 307 WRC

I think for most of us Dany Snobeck is better known as a racing driver, Le Mans -man, and top driver in Andros Trophy too!

If I don't remember totally wrong he actually rolled in 2003 on Vargåsen stage SS10?!

PG Andersson changed his mind and drives a Skoda Fabia Super2000 in Sweden! What a class we will get! Andersson, Sandell, Mikkelsen, Brynhildsen, Prokop... Wow! That will be the fight of the rally!
