Watching all the Tänak vids then I can agree with one thing what’s been said here - the boy definitely doesn’t seem to lack any confidence with the machine. But testing is testing
And is it just me that he drives the puma way more aggressively than he did with i20 the past three years ?
Also, I noticed they used the old style mirrors yesterday, I wonder if it was planned so or they just ran out of the current ones with two days cause the kept losing them with every pass :D
Just wanted to say the same. Would really like to hear it from him about how it feels compared to Hyundai but it really feels that he now has confidence to push and the car behaves like it should. Past years it felt that there is some hesitation on Tarmac but now it feels more like "old days". Sorry for the Estonian sunglasses I'm wearing but I'm happy :)Quote:

Am I the only one who notices a large difference in the sound of the Yaris WRC engine compared to last year? Something to do with some added ignition, like Hyundai already had last year? ;)
Already heard some people mention that on previous tests. But they said there's an upgrade. I have no idea what they have done, but I know that the exhaust is one of the few parts that can be modified in the engine, and one that shapes the sound.Quote:
