Isn't wrc.com obliged to pay money back to those people who have payed for split times and don't get splits?

I think that WRR have pulled out of Argentina in order to cover Jordan on 10/5. Jordan want to have everything in place and tested before next years full WRC event. Jordan have ISC doing the TV coverage and live WRR radio, plus the stage times on WRC+.

Looking at the times differences between Argentina and Jordan, plus the week after Jordan will be Rally d'Italia Sardinia, having quite a few weeks away from home and not a lot of time in between events perhaps Argentina had to be shelved?

:@ I believe I should get it back..... but 29.99 of what ever currency I paid in divided by 16 rounds of the WRC is.... 2.00pounds a Rally.
