In Britain, you can never be far from the coast. What's the furthest away you can get? Which town or city (meaning a place with more than 50,000 inhabitants) is furthest from the sea?

I've been told it's Northampton.

Lutterworth in Leicestershire is as far from the coast as you can be in the UK, aproximately 71 miles.
