That's how it was, the DMack team drove on Michelins in Portugal, check it out if you whish, I'm sure it's even here in the archives!

Anybody who pays can buy the Homologation papers. EVERY part on the car must be in the homologation papers with a description and a photgramph and/or a drawing, and a part number.Lengths, weights, tooth counts, everything---unless everything has changed since when World Rally Car rules became the norm.. I have Homologation papers for my old saab for Groups 1, 2, 4 and GroupA, i have Ford Capri Group 1,2 and 4 and I have Opel Kadett GSI 16v, and have spent some pleasant time looking at World Rally Car Escort Cosworth.. and writing down things (like +10mm longer connecting rod than the old Sierra or '93 spec Escort Cosworth, something I was glad to see)

Have they done away with Homologation papers now? They can't have.

Yes everybody can pay IF someone sells...That`s how it works at M-sport! A car can several homologations for same parts!

Yes there have been problems with tyres. Yes there have been problems with the car, with the setup, with the engine mapping. But still, at some point I would have wished at least ONE top stage time for Ketomaa. I have to say I wished more from him. If he is not able to deliver something outstanding at NORF, I'm afraid it's all over from him. If not already :mark:
